About the sessions:
These sessions are perfect for anyone who wants to improve their speed, jumps, and agility. We will start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for training. Then we will do a variety of speed, jump, and agility drills. We will also test your speed and jumping ability so you can track your progress over time.
At the end of each session, you will receive a log sheet to record your performances. You will also have access to the video capture log so you can see yourself in action and identify areas where you can improve.
